Responsibilities include:
Responding promptly to inbound client inquiries and assigned opportunities Following up consistently with prospective buyers and sellers Conducting buyer and seller consultations Showing properties and hosting open houses Preparing and presenting offers Negotiating contracts within the scope of your license and applicable regulations Managing client communication throughout the transaction Coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction professionals Maintaining accurate records and timely follow-up within the team's CRM Developing and maintaining a personal sphere and pipeline Participating in team training, meetings, coaching and professional development Staying current with local market conditions and real estate practices Who We're Looking For We are looking for licensed Florida real estate professionals who are: Motivated and self-directed Professional and client-focused Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person Organized and capable of managing multiple client relationships Willing to consistently prospect, follow up, and work their pipeline Open to coaching, training, and accountability Interested in building a long-term real estate career Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with other professionals Both newer and experienced licensed agents are encouraged to apply.
