Outgoing Leasing Agent / Sales Closer About the Position We are seeking a high-energy "people person" who loves turning conversations into signed contracts. We are growing and need an outgoing, charismatic Leasing Agent for our vibrant Pompano Beach community. This property is undergoing extensive renovations, including: painting the entire community and all new landscaping. You will be the face of our property. You will greet visitors, run engaging property tours, and aggressively follow up with leads to close the deal. If you have a competitive sales spirit and a friendly smile, we want you on our team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Drive Sales:

Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails, and make outbound calls to prospective renters.

•

Give Tours:

Show model apartments and the community grounds to prospective residents.

•

Close Deals:

Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and collect deposits and applications.

•

Manage Pipeline:

Keep our CRM (customer database) clean, organized, and up to date.

•

Process Paperwork:

Complete lease agreements and run credit/background checks accurately.

Deliver Service:

Provide top-tier service to build community excitement and retain residents.

•Property Management Software Candidates should be comfortable working in a technology-driven property management environment.

Required:

Experience with OneSite or comparable property management software Experience using a CRM or leasing-management platform Strong computer and organizational skills

Preferred:

RealPage OneSite experience Knock CRM experience Candidates who already have experience with OneSite and Knock will be strongly preferred.

Position Requirements

EDUCATION

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and college coursework or degree.

EXPERIENCE

Apartment Leasing background preferred, but most important is ability to sell and close the deal.

LANGUAGE

English and Spanish

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

it would be helpful to have:

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook and Property Management software (e.g. One-site)

•Ability to operate various types of office equipment, i.e. printers, copy machines, telephone systems, facsimile machines

Pay:

$18.00

•$24.00 per hour
