Job Description

Become a Real Estate Agent Without Going Broke First — We Pay for Your License, Connect You With Real Home Shoppers from Day One, and Our First-Year Agents Average $50,000.00 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Showcase Properties — Hernando, FL (Citrus County) Commission only

• First-year agents here average $50,000.00 in commissions

• Full-time The typical REALTOR® with two years or less in the business earned $8,100.00 last year — and 62% of them made under $10,000.00. That's the National Association of

REALTORS

®' own membership survey, not a scare statistic. Almost none of those people failed because they lacked talent. They failed because they ran out of money hunting for customers before anyone ever taught them how to serve one. We built this brokerage specifically to fix that. It is not a shortcut and it is not easy money — but the first-year agents here who work it full-time and actually run our system average $50,000.00 in commissions. And here is the number we are proudest of: we went back through every agent who has ever worked at this brokerage and found exactly three who left real estate. Not three a year — three. Everybody else built a career out of it, or finished their career in it.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

ALREADY PAID FOR

Real home shoppers from day one. Our Zillow partnership connects you with active, pre-screened home shoppers from the moment you're ready. You will not spend your first year cold calling. A mentor, not a desk. Every new agent is paired with an experienced agent. You write your first offers together. Weekly training every Thursday. Practical, "here's what to do Monday morning" content — contracts, pricing, negotiation, lead conversion. Not licensed yet? Your licensing is on us. We pay for your Florida pre-license coursework, exam, and license fees — the up-front cost that stops most people from ever starting this career. A country club membership. You will be a member where a great many of our customers live and play. Nothing comes out of your check. No desk fees — plus our CRM platforms, Microsoft Office 365, and professional photography on every listing, all covered by the company. The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices name behind you from your first conversation.

THE HONEST PICTURE

This is a real career, not passive income. Our first-year agents average 12-15 transactions and roughly $50,000.00 in commissions paid to them — but that's an average of people who worked at it full-time, took the training seriously, and followed the system. By Year 2, hardworking agents here average $75,000.00-$95,000.00 as referrals build on top of the lead pipeline. If you're looking for a side hustle, this isn't it. One more thing nobody tells you up front: real estate agents are independent contractors, not employees. You'd be paid on a 1099, so that $50,000.00 is what comes to you before taxes and your own business costs — and you set your own schedule because you're running your own business, with our name, training, and pipeline behind it.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're genuinely good with people, and people trust you — that instinct can't be taught; everything else can You're coachable. We have a system that works, and the agents who win here are the ones who actually run it You have the discipline to treat the first two years like the career investment they are You'd rather spend your day guiding someone through one of the biggest decisions of their life than grinding through cold calls Licensed already, mid-licensing-course, or seriously considering it — all three are welcome to apply. Florida requires 63 hours of pre-license coursework — and we pay for it.

HOW TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Apply right here on Indeed — it takes about two minutes. Then watch the short video we made for people in exactly your position: joinbhhsfsp.com. It is the honest version of this career nobody else will give you, and we would rather you have seen it before we ever sit down together. You can also book a confidential, no-pressure conversation with the broker straight from that page. No pitch. No obligation. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Showcase Properties
