Citrus Hills Construction, LLC., Citrus County's leading homebuilder, is searching for a Warranty Service Technician with outstanding customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is reliable, organized, and has a professional appearance. Experience with minor hands-on repairs such as drywall, interior trim, and painting is required, along with having a basic knowledge of other construction phases and the ability to diagnose issues and direct subcontractors in making repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. The Service Technician must also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair customer equipment. Provide technical support to customers. Maintain and troubleshoot customer equipment. Keep detailed records of service calls and repairs. Test and calibrate customer equipment. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction. A background check is required. Must have a good driving record. Local candidates only.
