Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate business needs outside of standard hours as necessary
Salary Range:
$60,000-$68,000 annually DOE About the Role Infinite Title is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Escrow Closer to join our growing Jacksonville team. In this role, you'll manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring every closing is accurate, compliant, and seamless. What You'll Do Manage the full escrow closing process with a strong understanding of real estate transactions and applicable legal requirements Prepare and review Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in compliance with CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines Review key documents, including surveys, purchase contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, loan documents, and legal descriptions Open and manage pipeline files promptly, ordering required documentation such as HOA certificates, tax certificates, and surveys Partner with the title team to resolve title issues, including ordering partial or full lien releases Successfully manage a high-volume pipeline while meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication with builders, buyers, lenders, and realtors Prepare and finalize all title and escrow documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Apply knowledge of Florida Title Insurance Procedural and Rate Rules and standard industry terminology Calculate and collect taxes, HOA fees, delinquencies, and principal/interest related to property purchases Conduct in-person closings with buyers, realtors, and loan officers, clearly explaining lender documentation Complete the funding and post-closing process, including securing funding numbers, disbursing funds via wire or check, preparing lender packages, e-recording documents, and shipping final materials
What We're Looking For Education:
At least some college experience required; additional education or equivalent title industry experience preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Escrow Closer required
Licensing:
Active Escrow Title License required
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfort using multiple software systems and search tools
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required; bilingual in Spanish preferred
Professionalism:
Polished, professional demeanor with strong reliability and punctuality
Collaboration:
Ability to work independently while building strong, positive relationships within a team environment
Availability:
