Real Estate Sales Agent Production Partner Coastal Haven Group with Real Broker 425 Town Plaza Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32081 $60,000 - $100,000 a year $60,000 - $100,000 a year High-Performance Real Estate Team Opportunity This Is Not Your Average Real Estate Team Role. We are building a business designed around production, opportunity, accountability, and long-term growth — and we're looking for the right Production Partner to grow alongside us. This role is for a licensed real estate professional who wants to plug into a high-level environment with real opportunity, real systems, real leads, and real expectations. If you are hungry, coachable, competitive, and tired of trying to build a career completely alone, keep reading. Our team operates at a high level with a strong operational backbone, lead flow, systems, marketing support, coaching, and leadership already in place. Your job is to step into production, serve clients at a high level, execute consistently, and help drive results. This is a partnership-style role designed for an agent who wants leverage, support, and growth without sacrificing standards or professionalism.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently Conduct buyer and seller consultations Show homes and attend listing appointments Write and negotiate contracts Manage transactions from contract to close alongside operations support Host open houses and prospect for new business opportunities Maintain accurate CRM and database communication Build and nurture relationships within your pipeline Participate in team training, accountability meetings, and coaching sessions Deliver high-level communication and client service throughout the transaction process Work collaboratively with leadership, operations, and marketing support staff
Qualifications:

Licensed real estate agent (active license required) Self-motivated and highly accountable Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable with lead follow-up and sales conversations Organized and detail-oriented Driven by goals, growth, and performance Able to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused Team-oriented while still highly independent in execution Experience Real estate experience preferred but not required for the right candidate Strong work ethic and attitude matter more than ego or years in the business About Company Coastal Haven Group with Real Broker is a close-knit real estate team serving the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida market. We are a smaller, collaborative group of agents who work closely together to support one another and deliver a high-level client experience. Unlike larger teams where agents operate independently, we take a more hands-on approach—regularly connecting to discuss clients, share insights, and help each other succeed. We meet consistently as a team, including monthly lunches and ongoing collaboration, to stay aligned, sharpen our skills, and ensure no one is operating on an island. Our business is built on inbound opportunities generated through YouTube, referrals, and our database—allowing our agents to focus on relationships and client service rather than cold prospecting.
