Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Leasing Agent to join our team in Polk & Osceola County, with weekend availability required. If you have experience in leasing or property management and enjoy working with people, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
Show and lease rental properties Manage applications and lease agreements Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine inspections Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups Handle calls and administrative tasks Assist with marketing available properties on social media and other platforms Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - required Previous leasing or property management experience preferred Immediate availability Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficiency with property management software and general computer systems
What We Offer:
Full-time schedule (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) 2 days off per week (Saturday is required) Starting pay: $20/hour Gas reimbursement PTO and sick days 1 week vacation after 1 year Holiday and birthday bonus incentives Opportunities for growth and advancement
