$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide them through the transaction Follow proven lead follow-up and sales systems to build and manage your pipeline Manage real estate transactions from consultation through closing Host monthly open houses and engage with prospective clients Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business Use CRM and calendar technology to manage leads, follow-up, and daily activities Participate in our Sales Training Academy , coaching, and weekly team meetings

Qualifications:
