The ideal candidate is organized, professional, outgoing, and comfortable working with both residents and prospective residents. What You'll Do Resident Care & Community Engagement Serve as a friendly point of contact for residents and follow up on questions, concerns, and service requests. Assist with resident events, community activities, move-ins, and resident orientations. Help create a positive resident experience and support retention. Leasing & Sales Support Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents with floor plans, pricing, availability, amenities, and specials. Follow up with leads, generate traffic, and assist prospects throughout the leasing process. Assist with applications, move-ins, renewals, and leasing administration. Support occupancy and leasing goals. Build relationships with prospects, residents, and local referral partners. Marketing & Community Support Create flyers, announcements, social media content, and resident communications. Assist with community marketing, events, and outreach. Help maintain a professional appearance and presentation throughout the community. Property & Maintenance Support Assist with light administrative tasks, inspections, and special projects. Help document and communicate resident concerns to the appropriate team. Assist with coordinating follow-up on maintenance requests. Preferred Experience Apartment leasing & lease-up experience strongly preferred Knowledge of the Florida Landlord-Tenant Act and leasing requirements Experience with applications, move-ins, renewals, retention, and move-outs Knowledge of renewal strategies and resident retention Experience with resident notices, lease enforcement, and formal property communications Familiarity with Notice to Impose Claim letters, security deposit claims, move-out documentation, and resident disputes Ability to professionally handle resident concerns, payment issues, and sensitive situations Yardi experience strongly preferred Sales, customer service, or property management experience Canva/marketing experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Additional Earning Potential:

Commission opportunities on qualified new leases

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with Saturdays from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM and one weekday off.
