DORI HOMES REALTY LLC

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Job Description

We're a single-family home builder, developing homes in Sarasota, FL, with our office based in Miami Beach. As a small, owner-led team, we handle every deal hands-on — from acquiring the land, to building the home, to closing the sale. We're looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join us directly and help run that process from end to end. What You'll Do Working closely with the broker/owner, you'll manage our transactions across three deal types: Land purchases — track due diligence deadlines, contracts, surveys and closing documents for our development sites Single-family home sales — manage the transaction from contract to closing on completed homes Construction financing — coordinate with our lenders and title companies on the title work required to close construction loans You'll also: Open and manage title work with title companies; track commitments and resolve issues before closing Prepare, review, and organize contracts, disclosures, and closing documents Track key dates and deadlines and keep every deal on schedule Serve as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and attorneys Keep transaction files organized and compliant Report transaction status directly to the broker/owner What We're Looking For Experience as a transaction coordinator, closing coordinator, or similar role in real estate — development, homebuilding, or title/escrow experience a plus Comfortable with title work and the closing process, especially around construction financing Highly organized, able to juggle multiple deals at once without dropping details Clear, direct communicator — you'll be working closely with ownership, not buried in a large team Florida real estate license a plus, not required Why Join Us This is a chance to work directly with ownership at a small, growing homebuilding company rather than get lost in a large brokerage — real input, real variety in the work, and room to grow as we scale.
