Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals Qualifications Valid real estate license in the state of Florida Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required About-our-team Our mission is to deliver the dream of homeownership everywhere.
