Real Estate Administrative Assistant - Agent Services Coordinator Elite Realty Partners, Inc. - 5.0 Miramar, FL Job Details Full-time $19.00 - $22.50 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Elite Realty Partners, Inc. is a top-producing independent brokerage in Miramar, FL, and we're hiring a full-time, in-office Real Estate Administrative Assistant & Agent Services Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our office. You'll be the primary point of contact for our agents, run our CRM and client follow-up, keep transactions and compliance on track, and drive the communication, marketing, and events that keep our brokerage moving. We're looking for someone highly organized and proactive who follows through independently, communicates with confidence on the phone, works fluently with technology, and manages multiple priorities with ease. Compensation:
$19 - $22.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements Act as the primary point of contact for our agents: greet clients, answer and route office and cell calls, and deliver Elite-level service to agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders Follow up with agents daily and keep the agent status log accurate and current Own our
CRM:
call, text, email, and follow up with leads to convert; categorize contacts as cold, warm, hot, buyer, seller, or group; and build pipelines, smart plans, property alerts, and email campaigns Schedule buyer consultations, listing appointments, and confirmations, and handle post-closing follow-up and closed-client checklists Conduct daily compliance audits and follow up on commission status alongside agents, the Transaction Coordinator, and accounting Manage the weekly newsletter and brokerage communications across the Facebook private group, CRM/BoldTrail, email, and WhatsApp, and spotlight agent wins (closings, listings, commission tier, birthdays) on social media Design and distribute print and digital marketing materials, and assist with open house prep including signage, MLS sheets, and property boost Coordinate quarterly training and brokerage events with the Broker and preferred partners, and post everything to the calendar, SkySlope, and newsletter Keep the office running: weekly supply inventory and monthly restocking for the Miramar and Davie offices, plus Elite merchandise ordering and fulfillment
Qualifications:
1+ years in real estate operations, brokerage administration, or a fast-paced office coordinator role preferred An active Florida real estate license is a plus, not required High school diploma or equivalent required Highly organized with strong follow-through: finishes what they start without being chased Confident and professional on the phone, with excellent written and verbal communication Strong with technology: comfortable with CRMs (BoldTrail a plus), email marketing tools like Constant Contact, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once with accuracy and discretion Dependable, full-time, in-office presence in Miramar About Company Elite Realty Partners, Inc. is a top-producing independent real estate brokerage based in Miramar, FL, with more than 100 agents serving clients across Florida and Georgia.
