We are a small team looking for the right person to join us and to embrace our culture and assist in many areas, including but not limited to the following: opening new files for real estate transactions including data collection, data entry, product ordering and follow-up greeting clients, vendors and visitors both in person and by phone and email client intake and data entry mailing, copying, scanning, faxing, and filing paperwork for real estate transactions Establish professional working rapport with the firms clients and referral partners Preferred but not required: Prior title company or real estate law firm experience. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is preferred banking experience Qualia closing software Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid holidays and time off starting pay based on experience and negotiable for anyone with more than 5 years of relevant experience
