Commission & Fee Structure Our experienced-agent model is designed to be straightforward: $175 monthly brokerage fee + transaction fee Transaction fees are based on sales price and cap at $24,000 annually from your start date. We'll walk you through the complete commission and fee structure before you make any decision so you can compare the numbers against your current brokerage. Who We're Looking For This opportunity is specifically geared toward experienced, actively producing real estate professionals.
