Job Description

Summary Description Ready to Build a Rewarding Career in Real Estate? You take initiative rather than waiting for opportunities to find you. You've made a deliberate choice to pursue real estate and are prepared to transform that choice into a meaningful, successful career. You ask insightful questions, listen with intention, and view every "no" as a possible "not yet." Previous real estate experience isn't required. What matters most is your determination, curiosity, and commitment to learning, developing your skills, and achieving your goals. Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • We have a 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this time. Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • We have ongoing certifications to upskill and productivity rhythms throughout each month. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Morning Power-Ups with the Team. Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • We are always learning and bettering our skills. We treat this as a career and take it seriously. Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
  • We have an amazing CRM (database) system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
Qualifications Here's what we're actually looking for: You're a natural with people. Building rapport isn't a skill you practice — it's just how you operate. You communicate clearly, confidently, and with intention — in writing and in person. You're organized enough to keep multiple balls in the air without dropping them. You take direction well and execute on it. Scripts and dialogues aren't beneath you — you see them as tools, not restrictions. You manage your time like it's your most valuable asset. Because it is. You're a team player who genuinely wants to see the people around you win too. You hold a Florida Real Estate License — or you're actively working toward one. You're growth-minded. You don't just tolerate feedback — you chase it. Our agents averaged $70K in GCI last year. That didn't happen by accident — it happened because the right people showed up, did the work, and trusted the process. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you. About-our-team At Love Florida Living Group powered by PLACE, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We do this through superior technology that maximizes the reach of our efforts, teamwork & supportive collaboration, deliberately-formed positive habits, and a culture of exceptional performance. We show up each day with a smile, and a positive attitude towards reaching our goals. Love Florida Living Group's clients realize success because we invest in our people. This committed team has the education, tools, and the support they need to thrive and led to us being recognized as the TOP 500 Agents in Northeast Florida .
