Your Day to Day at

American Landmark:

Conduct apartment tours with prospective residentsComplete leasing documents and collect rental depositsResponsible for ensuring the model apartments are ready to be shownUnderstanding of lease terms, specifications, and all community policiesKnowledge of sales and closing techniquesKnowledge of the current marketKnowledge of current pricing and amenities that your community has to offerMaintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to keep your community relevant and competitiveShop local competitor communitiesDevelop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentalsResponsible for conducting out-reach marketing at least once per weekDevelop and maintain an on-going resident retention program, encouraging current residents to renew their leaseResponsible for the organization of all resident and property filesHandle resident requests and complaints appropriatelyContribute towards the collection of delinquent rents

Qualifying Accomplishments:

A college degree is helpful but not requiredLeasing experience also helps, but is not requiredKnowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferredBi-lingual helps
