Some are behind on payments. Some inherited a house they can't keep up with. Some have a foreclosure sale date they didn't see coming. Your job is to find out what's really going on, be straight with them about their options, and when selling to us is the right fit, put a written offer in front of them and carry the deal through to closing. On the other side of the deal, you'll work with the investors who buy from us, matching the right property to the right buyer and keeping things moving until everything is signed. We give you the leads. You won't be cold-calling off a spreadsheet. What you'll earn $20 an hour, full-time Plus 4% of the collected net profit on every wholesale deal you close 5% when you close three or four deals in a month, and 6% at five or more (with at least a 70% contract-to-close rate and a $15,000 average net profit) A $100 bonus on a qualified contract, at management's discretion In real numbers: a deal that nets $15,000 pays you $600 at the base 4%, on top of your hourly pay. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours a week, days. Your eight-hour shift starts somewhere between 8 and 10 in the morning, and we settle the exact time with you before your first day. One day a week is field work: out looking at properties and meeting homeowners in person. After three months and three closed deals, you earn one remote day a week.
