The leading candidate for this role will needs to wear many hats, utilize multiple skillsets and presents themselves seamlessly among our luxury clientele in a fast paced environment.
Licensed Real Estate Assistant Job Duties and Skills:
Must have good judgment, work well with others and learn quicky Know how to multi task, prioritize and be highly organized, flexible and able to adapt to all high-pressure situations Coordinate and oversee listing photography/videography appointment scheduling. Ability to draft listing agreements, sales contracts and leases and follow through. Supports agent + sales team members with daily/weekly office tasks. Coordinate real estate transactions and maintain timelines Set up and show properties for lead agents. Monitor agents schedule to ensure deadlines/priorities are met. Organizes promotional materials needed for Open Houses, events, showings, etc. Build a confident rapport with the real estate brokerage's Marketing Department. Coordinate and review all print + digital ad reservations/submissions/revisions/approvals and meet deadlines Coordinate with lead agents social media team Create email campaigns through MailChimp Prepare and organize custom listing/marketing presentations Skills +
Qualifications:
Real Estate License (FL) -2 years minimum experience, Project Management, Ability to Work with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
