Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Representative to join our Land Services team, supporting the successful execution of large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects. This role plays a critical part in land acquisition strategy, process standardization, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring projects move efficiently from early development through operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex land acquisition workflows into clear, scalable processes while partnering across Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams. This is an opportunity to directly influence operational excellence and drive continuous improvement within a high-impact, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process Development & Optimization Design, document, and continuously improve land acquisition workflows, procedures, and training materials Standardize processes to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve team productivity Identify gaps or inconsistencies in current practices and implement scalable solutions Translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation aligned with company policies Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to align project execution Act as a central point of coordination to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity Anticipate project needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum Support internal communications related to land processes and compliance Systems, Data & Training Maintain accurate land acquisition data within tracking systems and databases Review title documentation to verify ownership and support agreement preparation Manage and quality-check land agreement requests within Salesforce or similar systems Generate reports and ensure data integrity across platforms Deliver training and support to team members on standardized processes and tools Project Support & Analysis Support land acquisition activities across all project phases (pre-bid through operations) Examine title research and evaluate public records to assist with creating agreements and developing projects. Review land agreements (easements, options, etc.) for accuracy and consistency Prepare documentation, coordinate meetings, and track key deliverables Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, title research, real estate operations, or related field Strong ability to review title documents, verify ownership, and interpret legal descriptions Working knowledge of land contracts, including easements, options, and agreement structures Experience with end-to-end land acquisition processes for infrastructure or transmission projects Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with Salesforce or similar workflow/data management systems Strong document management skills, including Adobe Acrobat Pro Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience as a real estate or contracts paralegal Background as a land acquisition agent or land data/document specialist Familiarity with land management platforms Experience using GIS systems or county parcel data tools Knowledge of eminent domain processes and regulatory requirements Experience supporting energy, transmission, or infrastructure projects Experience developing or delivering training programs or materials Skills & Competencies Process improvement and operational excellence Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Data accuracy and quality control Contract and document interpretation Project coordination and time management Systems thinking and workflow optimization Clear communication and training delivery Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
