What Coldwell Banker Vanguard Offers A globally recognized real estate brand with a strong local presence Supportive, accessible leadership and hands-on broker guidance In-person and online training at no additional cost Coldwell Banker University professional development MoxiWorks technology, including CRM, websites, presentations and marketing tools Coldwell Banker Desk resources and marketing platforms Local marketing department support Professional tools and systems designed to help agents stay organized and productive Networking, office events and collaborative learning opportunities Optional transaction coordination services Resources for residential, luxury, relocation and referral business A professional culture that values education, collaboration, integrity and agent success Responsibilities Guide clients through buying, selling and leasing residential real estate Develop lasting client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service Prepare comparative market analyses and advise clients on local market conditions Prospect for new business and maintain relationships with past clients and your sphere of influence Create and implement marketing strategies for listings and personal business development Negotiate offers and contract terms while protecting your clients' interests Manage transactions from the initial consultation through closing Coordinate inspections, appraisals, financing, title requirements and contractual deadlines Use company-provided technology and CRM tools to organize leads, follow-up activities and client communication Maintain current knowledge of real estate contracts, industry changes and Fair Housing requirements Conduct business in accordance with Florida law, brokerage policies and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Participate in training, office meetings and professional-development opportunities Qualifications and Skills Active Florida real estate sales associate or broker license Strong communication, relationship-building and customer-service skills Self-motivated, professional and committed to growing a real estate business Ability to prospect, follow up consistently and convert opportunities into clients Strong organizational skills and attention to contractual details and deadlines Comfortable learning and using CRM, marketing and transaction-management technology Knowledge of—or a willingness to learn—the Northeast Florida real estate market Understanding of Fair Housing laws and ethical real estate practices Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative office culture Previous real estate sales experience is helpful but not required Compensation $50,000-$150,000+ annually This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried position. Actual earnings vary based on individual production, experience and activity level.
