Our Post Closing plays an essential role in ensuring every transaction is accurately and efficiently completed after closing. While much of this work happens behind the scenes, it is critical to delivering the consistent, high-quality service our clients and referral partners expect. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. The little things matter, and every detail contributes to a great closing experience. Key Responsibilities Post-Closing Communication Send post-closing emails and distribute final documents to buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties. Coordinate with our closing, processing, and marketing teams to ensure all post-closing needs are addressed. File Review & Disbursement Review closed files for accuracy and completeness. Verify invoices, closing figures, and disbursement instructions. Assist with the preparation and distribution of checks and wires, ensuring funds are accurately and promptly disbursed. Document Recording Submit deeds, mortgages, and other required documents for recording. Track recording status and address any issues or rejections. Title Policies Order and prepare final Owner's and Lender's Title Policies. Ensure completed policies and recorded documents are delivered to the appropriate parties. Team Support Assist with outbound materials, document preparation, and other administrative needs. Coordinate with team members to track outstanding post-closing items and ensure files are completed in a timely manner. Provide additional support to our closing and marketing teams as needed. What We're Looking For We value team members who take ownership of their responsibilities and consistently demonstrate three essential qualities:
Accuracy :
Pay close attention to detail, particularly when handling funds and reviewing documents. Take the time to get things right the first time.
Communication :
Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates, clients, and referral partners. When questions arise, ask rather than assume.
Dependability :
Be reliable, responsive, and consistent in attendance and availability. Manage multiple files and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of service. Experience in title, escrow, real estate, or banking is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn, communicates well, and works effectively as part of a team. Our Team We believe exceptional service comes from teamwork, attention to detail, and following through on our commitments. Every position contributes to our reputation, and every interaction is an opportunity to build lasting relationships.
