Job Summary An established real estate title and escrow operation in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer / Title Closer to manage residential real estate transactions from contract through funding, recording, and final disbursement. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented Florida title professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full closing process while providing excellent service to buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, attorneys, and internal team members. The role offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a professional work environment, and the opportunity to contribute to smooth, accurate, and timely residential closings. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential real estate closings from title review through funding, recording, and final disbursement.
  • Review title commitments, identify title requirements, and coordinate resolution prior to closing.
  • Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, closing packages, deeds, affidavits, and related closing documents.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, and attorneys to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely transactions.
  • Conduct closings, explain closing documents, and ensure all required documentation is properly executed.
  • Review funding, approve wire transfers and disbursements, and confirm files are balanced before post-closing. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Compensation:
    $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Schedule:
    Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
