This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an experienced title professional who can independently manage residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing while providing exceptional service to buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and referral partners. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and comfortable managing multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. For an experienced closer who brings an established book of business, referral relationships, or demonstrated ability to generate closing volume , compensation may be considered above the posted range based on experience and overall business value. What You'll Do Coordinate residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing Manage communication with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, vendors, and internal team members Prepare and review closing documentation and settlement statements Coordinate in-office, remote, mail-away, and mobile closings Clear title and closing requirements Order and follow up on payoffs, surveys, lien searches, estoppel letters, HOA documentation, and other required items Maintain organized and accurate closing files Conduct and/or assist with closings, notarizations, and document execution Assist with post-closing and funding coordination as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners Provide a professional, responsive, high-level closing experience from beginning to end Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on real estate closing and closing coordination experience within the last 3 years in a title company or real estate law office Prior experience as a Senior Title Closer, Title Closer, Closing Coordinator, or similar real estate closing professional Ability to independently manage closing files and competing deadlines Notary Public certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and client relationship skills High attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Qualifications SoftPro experience strongly preferred Title Agent License preferred but not required Established referral relationships or existing book of business is highly valued Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Benefits Benefits include: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Health leave Floating holiday Most federal holidays Continuing education opportunities Opportunities for advancement Wellness program Employee discount Additional company-sponsored benefits Workplace Culture St. Johns Title values professionalism, teamwork, collaboration, customer service, and operational excellence.
