Requirements:

• Great Customer service skills and positive attitude!

• Excellent leasing skills
• Prior Apartment experience but not necessary
• LIHTC and Yardi background a plus!

Microsoft Office, good computer skills required Great position to start your apartment management career!

Responsible to effectively show apartments to prospective residents, use sales techniques to retain holding deposits and lease available apartments. Responsible for thoroughly understanding the lease terms and community addendums and policies. Knowledgeable of required telephone techniques and in charge of actively following up with prospective residents after they have called or toured the community. Uphold an excellent customer service relationship with residents, co-workers, and vendors. Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, vendors, and the community. Understand current market conditions especially in relation to the community's rental rates and amenities. Assess out-reach marketing needs and implement marketing plans when needed, to include on line postings and local community outreach.
