HIRING:
REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS AGENT

SARASOTA
The Melman Group is looking for a motivated, Florida-licensed real estate agent who wants to grow in residential real estate investing and wholesaling. This is an in-office role in Sarasota with daily attendance required. Applicants from Bradenton through Venice and North Port are welcome if you can reliably commute. You'll call seller leads, build relationships, follow up, and work toward getting properties under contract. We provide the leads, hands-on training, scripts, and support. Our team handles finding the buyer and coordinating closing. ✅ Active Florida real estate license required ✅ Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently ✅ Coachable, dependable, and driven ✅ Commission-only compensation—no base salary We're building a team with accountability, ambition, and a culture where people help each other improve.
