Type:

full-time New Home Sales Counselor - Residential Homebuilding Seeking a New Home Sales Counselor to guide prospective buyers through the new home purchase process, from initial contact through contract and closing. This role will build strong relationships with customers while achieving sales goals and delivering an excellent homebuying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and present available homes, floor plans, features, and communities. Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Conduct model home and community tours and effectively communicate the value of the homes and community. Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Guide buyers through selections, upgrades, financing, and the overall purchase process. Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM. Work closely with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Stay informed on market conditions, competitors, pricing, incentives, and available inventory. Achieve individual sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals. Represent the company professionally and build strong relationships within the local market.

Ideal Background:

2+ years of new home, residential real estate, or related sales experience preferred. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple prospects and transactions. Comfortable working weekends and within a model home/community environment. Active real estate license preferred or required depending on the market.
