Home Services Sales Estimator - Seasonal Shack Shine - 3.8 Tampa, FL Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time | Contract $30 - $40 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Paid training Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Direct client contact Lead generation Driving Customer interaction during outreach Closing sales Full Job Description Seasonal Sales Estimator - Christmas Lights & Exterior Cleaning Shack Shine is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Estimator to meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments, provide estimates for our exterior cleaning services and holiday light installations, and close sales. If you're confident talking to people, enjoy being out in the field, and like being rewarded for results, this role could be a great fit. What You'll Do Drive to scheduled homeowner appointments Meet with homeowners and understand what services they need Inspect the property and provide an estimate Explain our services and pricing Close the sale and schedule the work Follow up with homeowners when needed Keep track of appointments, estimates, and sales in our app Occasionally help generate leads in neighborhoods or around active job sites What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with homeowners Strong communication and sales skills Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Pay $30-$40/hr based on experience Strong opportunity to increase your income through sales Schedule 20-40 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on availability and appointment volume Work is primarily in the field and at homeowners' properties Why Work With Shack Shine?
