We're hiring an outgoing, organized Leasing Consultant to join our team in a well-maintained apartment communities inLake County:
Atwater in Tavares. You'll be the first impression for every prospective resident — giving tours, answering questions, processing applications, and helping people find their next home. If you genuinely enjoy people, take pride in details, and want a clear growth path into property management, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Greet and tour prospective residents through model and available apartments Follow up with every lead via phone, email, and text — promptly and consistently Process rental applications, run background and credit screenings, and verify income Prepare lease documents and conduct lease signings in full compliance with Fair Housing standards Coordinate move-ins to ensure a smooth experience for new residents Manage renewals and support resident retention initiatives Participate in marketing and outreach (resident events, local partnerships, social media) Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units Use property management software Yardi for daily tasks Address resident inquiries and concerns with professionalismRequirements:
What We're Looking For 1+ year leasing, sales, hospitality, or strong customer service experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and follow-through — leads should never slip through the cracks Comfort with technology and quick to learn property management software Familiarity with Fair Housing laws (or willingness to complete certification — we'll provide it) Professional appearance and demeanor Weekend availability required Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plusBenefits:
