Are you a licensed real estate professional (or actively completing your license) driven to achieve a consistent six-figure income? Armada Real Estate is expanding its primary team in Downtown Fort Myers. We pair high-intent live buyer leads with the technology, operational backup, and hands-on guidance required to scale your production quickly. As a Zillow-selected brokerage, we bypass traditional prospecting by routing real-time tour requests straight to our agents. You focus on connecting with motivated buyers, presenting homes, and closing deals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Guide residential buyers and sellers through market evaluations, contract negotiations, and closings. Respond immediately to inbound Zillow Live Tour connections and maintain systematic CRM records. Conduct property assessments and deliver data-backed market analysis presentations. Draft, negotiate, and execute state-compliant purchase and listing agreements.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Real Estate License (or enrolled in a pre-licensing course). Strong local orientation across Southwest Florida communities. Highly responsive communication habits and client-first mindset. Accountability to follow proven lead conversion processes and CRM workflows.

Service Areas:

Downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Captiva, Naples, Marco Island, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, and Jupiter. Armada Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
