Job Description
Leasing Agent - Full Time Myler Management Group is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Leasing Agent to join our property management team. This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week . The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants throughout the leasing process, from initial inquiries and property showings through applications and move-in. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to rental inquiries Communicate professionally with prospective and current tenants Schedule and conduct property showings Follow up with prospective tenants Assist with rental applications and the leasing process Maintain organized records and leasing information Coordinate move-ins and other leasing-related tasks Assist the property management team as needed Qualifications Excellent phone and communication skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable and able to work independently Basic computer skills Property management or leasing experience is a plus Experience with AppFolio is a big plus
