This role pays a hourly rate plus commissions Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly and conduct engaging property tours to showcase available units. Manage lease or rental agreement processes, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and company standards. Utilize property management software such as Entrada Accurately, track leasing activities, and maintain organized records. Assist with tenant screening procedures, including background checks and credit reports. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person to answer questions, resolve concerns, and upsell available units or amenities. Support lease renewals, rent collection, and lease expiration follow-ups while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Collaborate with team members on property maintenance issues, conflict management, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in student housing property leasing or multifamily leasing Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Proficiency with property management tools such as Entrada, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, negotiate lease terms, and handle conflict resolution effectively. Experience working within a property management company or facilities management environment is advantageous.
