Leasing Agent & Activities Coordinator We're looking for an energetic, people-first Leasing Agent to join our independent senior living community. This is a unique dual role: you'll help prospective residents find their new home, while also planning and leading the activities and events that make life here vibrant, social, and fun. What You'll Do Leasing & Marketing Tour the property with prospective residents and their families, showcasing our lifestyle and amenities Support marketing efforts, including community events and resident engagement initiatives Help build positive first impressions that turn tours into move-ins Resident Activities & Engagement Plan, organize, and implement daily activities and events that promote socialization, wellness, and enrichment for senior residents Develop monthly activity calendars and coordinate group outings, games, classes, and special events Engage residents and encourage participation in community activities Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Ensure all activities comply with community policies and safety standards What We're Looking For A warm, outgoing personality and genuine enjoyment of working with seniors Strong organizational skills and creativity in planning events and programming Comfort with both relationship-driven leasing work and hands-on activity coordination Prior experience in independent senior living, hospitality, leasing, or activities/recreation is a plus, but not required Reliable, positive, and a team player
