You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and helping them find a place they're excited to call home. What You'll Do Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing available units, amenities, and community features Answer questions about pricing, availability, floor plans, and lease terms Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to convert leads into move-ins Assist with marketing efforts Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and renewals Support resident retention through renewals and positive resident relations Ensure the leasing office, model units, and community common areas are clean and presentation-ready What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-minded with the ability to close leases and meet occupancy goals Comfortable with leasing software and basic computer skills Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Reliable, organized, and a team player Availability to work weekends as needed
