Leasing Consultant - Evergreen Park

Job Description

As a Leasing Consultant, you are the face of the community and a key driver of leasing success. You will create an exceptional first impression, guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, and help foster a vibrant community experience. In this role, you will build meaningful connections with prospects and residents while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the values and standards of the organization. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for generating traffic, conducting community tours, presenting apartment homes and amenities, and assisting prospective residents through the application and move-in process. You will play a critical role in achieving occupancy goals by effectively communicating the value of the community, identifying resident needs, and providing tailored housing solutions. In addition to leasing responsibilities, you will help support resident retention efforts by maintaining positive resident relationships, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and contributing to an overall positive living experience. This role also partners closely with onsite teams to ensure the community is maintained to company standards and that resident concerns are addressed efficiently.
