FULL TIME LEASING CONSULTANT MONDAY-FRIDAY 8

30AM-5:30PM Responsibilities Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner Discovers suitable tenants Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references in accordance with Fair Housing Explain leasing terms and complete agreements accurately Assists in maintaining a tidy and presentable office space, units and clubhouse Skills Proven working experience as a successful leasing consultant or related field Understanding of MS Office 360 Software Teamwork skills and excellent phone communication skills Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs Knowledge of Appfolio, Zillow, Apartments.com and Blue Moon increases consideration

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
