Compensation:
$150,500 - $225,000 yearly

Showcase premium properties to potential buyers, highlighting unique features and benefits. Negotiate and close transactions with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting high-value listings. Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide clients with expert advice. Utilize specialized training and mentorship to enhance your skills in the luxury real estate market.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one). Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction. Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within niche markets. Strong negotiation skills to close transactions effectively while prioritizing client satisfaction. Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement successful promotional strategies. Keen awareness of market trends and industry developments to provide clients with expert advice.
