Mobile Home Community Leasing Agent Wanted! Join our Team of Property Management Professionals in an exciting field! We are a leading real estate company operating 280 properties in nearly 40 states specializing in mobile home park and RV resort acquisition, leasing, and management. Position Summary The Leasing Agent drives occupancy and revenue for a manufactured housing community by managing leasing operations, rental applications, and resident move-ins from start to finish. We're seeking applicants with experience in sales and leasing who take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple tasks. The Leasing Agent's primary goal is to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy within the community while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospective residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing leasing operations, including tracking prospects, scheduling appointments, conducting property tours, and assisting prospective residents with rental applications Conducting applicant screening and preparing lease agreements with accuracy and compliance Coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs, including related documentation and inspections, and ensuring each home meets move-in standards Boosting sales and rentals through prospecting, networking, community outreach, marketing, and lead follow-up Collecting and processing rent payments, including basic accounting and balancing functions Providing excellent customer service and support to residents and prospective residents, while maintaining strong resident relations Communicating and collaborating with a Regional Manager to ensure effective leasing operations Maintaining knowledge of and compliance with Fair Housing regulations and employment laws Maintaining accurate records through data entry, filing, and administrative support Proficiently using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, property management software, and other standard office equipment and technology Qualifications Experience in sales and leasing, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach Experience in property management, mobile home park, or apartment operations is a plus Proficiency with basic office software and computer platforms Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision Must have reliable, registered transportation Must possess a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law Physical Requirements Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat for extended periods, including while conducting property tours Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to effectively communicate with residents, prospective residents, and operations Compensation Base pay ranges from $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with generous commission opportunities based on sales performance.
