Job description: Atlanta Partners Real Estate School is looking for an engaging, knowledgeable Real Estate Instructor to teach day and evening pre-license and continuing education courses at our Peachtree City location. This role suits an experienced real estate professional who enjoys teaching and wants to help new agents build a strong foundation. Responsibilities Teach scheduled pre-license both day and evening sessions, in Peachtree City Deliver course content in line with Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) approved curriculum and standards Keep students engaged through real-world examples, current market context, and interactive instruction Track and report student attendance and course completion as required by GREC Stay current on GA real estate law, GREC rules, and industry changes that affect course content Support students with questions on exam prep and licensing steps Qualifications Active Georgia real estate license GREC-approved real estate instructor Real estate sales, brokerage, or related industry experience Comfortable teaching both in-person day and evening classes Strong public speaking and classroom management skills Fluent in Google Workspace and classroom casting technology Pay type: Contract (1099), compensated per student enrolled About the company: Atlanta Partners Real Estate School (APRES) is Atlanta's leading real estate school, created, designed, and run by licensed agents with a focus on results.
