In this energetic role, you will support licensed agents by managing client relationships, coordinating property transactions, and assisting with marketing efforts. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help streamline daily operations, facilitate deal negotiations, and ensure exceptional customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the real estate industry while contributing to successful residential property transactions. Duties Assist licensed real estate agents in managing client communications, building rapport, and maintaining strong customer relationships Support property marketing initiatives through digital campaigns, social media outreach, and open house coordination Facilitate real estate offer negotiations by preparing documentation and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and transaction progress Conduct market analysis to stay informed of current industry trends, property values, and local market conditions Coordinate scheduling of property viewings, inspections, appraisals, and other essential appointments Requirements Valid license as a Real Estate Agent or equivalent certification in accordance with local regulations Proven experience in real estate sales, residential transactions, or administrative support within the industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client rapport and handle client inquiries professionally Familiarity with property management processes and real estate administrative procedures Join us if you're passionate about practicing real estate with integrity while providing outstanding service!
