Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Probate law to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support on a variety of matters, including estate planning, property transactions, probate proceedings, and related litigation. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex legal processes with confidence while ensuring compliance with applicable statutes and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal skills across multiple practice areas within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, estate planning documents, and probate proceedings. Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and ensure compliance with procedural law. Prepare for and participate in court depositions, trial preparations, and hearings across diverse practice areas including personal injury law, employment law, and general litigation. Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal options, progress updates, and procedural requirements while maintaining high standards of client service. Assist in statutory legal research related to estate planning, tribal law & regulations, securities law, workers' compensation law, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, patent law, and employment law cases. Support the legal team in drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents necessary for litigation or transactional work. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required. Proven experience in estate planning, probate law, real estate transactions, or related litigation. Strong knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with court depositions and trial preparation processes. Excellent research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms; ability to interpret statutes and regulations across multiple practice areas. Demonstrated ability in legal negotiation, contract drafting, legal writing, and advocacy. Experience handling personal injury cases or general & commercial litigation is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in legal case management systems along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
