Do:

As a Leasing Professional, you'll focus on sales and customer service, leasing apartments and helping retain residents. You'll be a key player on our team, building rapport with prospects, achieving occupancy goals, and maintaining positive community relations. Weekend work is required but comes with the opportunity for commissions in addition to your base pay.

What You Bring:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for residents and prospective residents. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and enjoys building relationships with others. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are important. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, are helpful.
