Leasing Agent Reports to: Property Manager (Hartford)

On-site at Hartford (Statesboro, GA) Looking for a great first step into real estate? This is it. We're looking for someone with a great attitude and a hunger to learn, more than someone who already has it all figured out. You'll be the friendly face prospective residents meet first, showing them around the community and helping them find a place to call home. If you're outgoing, a hard worker, and excited to grow, we'll teach you the rest. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to leads, guest cards, and inquiries from prospective residents (phone, text, email, and walk-ins) Conduct property tours and highlight community features and available units Process applications, screenings, and lease paperwork in the property management system Follow up with prospects throughout the leasing funnel to convert tours into signed leases Support move-in coordination and unit turn scheduling with the maintenance team Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in the leasing platform Assist with resident retention efforts, including renewals and addressing day-to-day resident questions Help execute marketing and community events to drive traffic and leasing activity Report leasing activity and pipeline status to the Leasing Manager What We're Looking For No leasing experience? No problem, we'll train you.

Same goes for experience with social media marketing or RealPage property management software, nice to have, not necessary. We'd rather hire attitude and work ethic and teach the rest.
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$15-$20/hour, based on experience, plus a per-lease commission for signed leases
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time available, we're happy to work around a school schedule. Some weekend availability is still required, since that's when most tours happen.
