Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to expand the sales pipeline. Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored automotive solutions. Conduct high-end passenger car sales by demonstrating vehicle features, financing options, and upselling additional services or accessories. Manage inventory control and support inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels. Negotiate deal terms effectively, close sales efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed achieving sales targets while supporting dealership objectives. Skills Proven experience in automotive industry sales or dealership environments with a focus on passenger car sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication across diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in outbound B2B and retail sales, with experience in upselling and deal closing. Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with a broader customer base. Proficiency with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) for managing leads and customer data. Organizational skills combined with retail math knowledge for accurate inventory control and sales calculations.
