Responsibilities Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success. Provide detailed written feedback to assist clients in refining their property search. Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients. Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients. Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers. Participate in weekly script practice sessions as required by the team. Engage in team activities in alignment with team standards. Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Track and document tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and systems. Present properties and highlight their key features to potential buyers.
