$19/hr plus leasing bonuses. Anticipated yearly earnings between $70,000 to $110,000 Responsible for the entire leasing process for both prospective residents and renewals Follow up on warm leads and schedule tours Goal is to help obtain maximum leases for the community to increase occupancy Collect deposits and verify leasing applications Attend weekly leasing meetings, and provided trainingsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma Hawaii Real Estate License is a plus.
