Seeking a detailed oriented, motivated and reliable individual to join our team and provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support. Estate Planning experience desired. The ideal candidate will possess proficient word processing, typing, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills with ability to multi-task while maintaining focus and accuracy to meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting required. Duties include (but not limited to): Draft correspondence, declarations, transmittals and other support documents Proofread and edit documents as needed Organize and maintain client files (physical and electronic) Coordinate meetings, communicate with clients, court staff, and attorneys Maintain calendars, schedules and deadlines (Microsoft Outlook) Assist with time entry, invoices and other related tasks within the accounting billing system (Coyote) Thorough knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat. Attendance, punctuality and timeliness are essential functions of this position.
