About Us:
Expert Property Buyers is a Hawaii-based real estate investment company with 500+ closed deals across all islands. We buy properties directly from sellers and move fast. We're looking for a driven salesperson to join our acquisitions team.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential . You earn 10% of every assignment fee you close — that's roughly $3,500-$5,000 per deal , with no ceiling. Close more, earn more. Our top performers do multiple deals a month.
What You'll Do:
Call and follow up with motivated home sellers (warm leads provided) Build rapport and negotiate purchase agreements over the phone and in person Manage your pipeline in our CRM Hit weekly activity and conversion targets
What We're Looking For:
No prior experience required — we'll train the right person Comfortable making a high volume of calls Strong communicator who can build trust quickly Self-motivated, coachable, and organized Reliable transportation and ability to do occasional in-person appointments
