Job Description
Ambitious and want to build a real career — and real income — in real estate? Aire Brokers LLC (an OnMLS real-estate company) is growing in Hawaii, and we're looking for a hungry, people-first person to be our local face, building relationships with property owners and landlords. You do NOT need experience or a license. We'll help you get licensed and teach you the sales side. We supply the leads, the back-office, and the support — your job is connecting with people and earning their trust. Most of our landlords are seasoned owners who simply want someone who listens to them; if that's you, you'll do great here. This role is built for upside: a modest base to start PLUS strong, UNCAPPED commission on every landlord you bring on. It's flexible and part-time now, and grows into a full role as you build the book — a true ground-floor opportunity to grow with us. What you'll do:
- Connect with and build relationships with local landlords and property owners
- Be our local presence and earn trust with property owners across Hawaii
- Turn warm leads (we provide them) into signed clients
- Learn the real estate business and work toward getting licensed You're a great fit if you:
- Are personable and a genuinely great listener
- Are coachable and hungry to learn (no experience required)
- Want to earn based on results, not just hours
- Are local to Hawaii
- Are willing to get your real estate license
