Full Job Description Sales Professional Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of crystals and their metaphysical properties is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal Mana Crystals is located in Waikiki inside Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Resort Spa.
