Job Overview Join our dynamic real estate team as a Real Estate Showing Assistant and become a vital part of helping clients find their dream homes! In this paid role, you will support licensed agents by conducting property showings, engaging with prospective buyers, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently Assist agents in preparing properties for showings by ensuring cleanliness and staging standards are met Gather feedback from clients after showings to help refine marketing strategies and improve client experience Support marketing efforts by distributing flyers, updating online listings, and engaging with potential clients on social media platforms Stay informed about current real estate market trends and local industry developments to provide accurate information during showings Manage scheduling of property visits efficiently, coordinating with clients and agents to maximize productivity Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements during all client interactions Experience Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with sales technology tools such as CRM systems or real estate software enhances performance Knowledge of real estate market analysis, industry trends, and real estate law is advantageous for understanding client needs and negotiations Organizational skills are essential for managing appointments, documentation, and follow-up tasks efficiently A proactive attitude towards practicing real estate principles and managing administrative responsibilities is highly valued Experience in managing real estate teams or property management can be beneficial but is not mandatory This paid position offers an excellent platform to develop your expertise in real estate while supporting a vibrant team dedicated to client success.
